For a project at Nike we are looking for a senior Marketing Return Specialist to join the team.
We are looking for someone to start as soon as possible. It's a temporary role till approximately 3rd of October 2025. You will be responsible for the return of marketing investments across full funnel.

€ 40,- till € 65,- based on experience.

• We’re looking for a relatively senior profile, ideally bringing hands-on experience around these topics from companies which we can relate to (in terms of complexity / size / markets / consumers etc.) and learn from (known to be advanced / forward-thinking in this space).

Objective: Evaluate the holistic return of our media investments across the full funnel, quantifying both short-term (performance marketing) and long-term impact (brand and product marketing), to understand ROI of current mix (FY26). Develop a thought-provoking, ‘clean sheet’ view on potential future media mix (FY27 and beyond), leveraging FY26 ROI and taking inspiration from external benchmarks (from industry and beyond), and use cases.

Duties:
• Evaluate FY26 media investment performance across the full funnel - establish clear KPI’s to quantify short-term (performance) and longer-term, (brand/product) impact. Identify key ROI drivers, define the leading and lagging KPIs that matter most and set guardrails to monitor effectiveness and signal when intervention is needed
• Benchmark Nike’s performance against best in class - identify where Nike is ahead or behind, by learning from external leaders and comparing FY26 performance (incl. A/B testing)
• Develop a data-backed media mix strategy for FY27 and beyond - translate performance insights from FY26 and external learnings into an unconstrained/clean-sheet recommendation, to drive growth for the Brand.

Nike maintains a hybrid working model, 3 days in the office, 2 days from home.
