As an operator, you'll have diverse responsibilities and perform a lot of different of tasks. You'll be the one who ensures the production process in your department runs smoothly. You'll maintain a tidy workplace to minimize potential malfunctions. If a fault occurs, you'll think quickly and know how to solve the problem. You're not just a decisive problem-solver, but also a skilled communicator. You'll critically evaluate the process and, where necessary, propose improvements to the team leaders. Together with your colleagues, you'll ensure that quality is guaranteed.

You'll start as a production employee to get to know the work in our modern factory. After that, you'll grow into a role as a line operator in production or a logistics operator at FrieslandCampina.
