As Lead, Supply Chain Improvement Digital, you always start with the Digital consumer in mind. You will spearhead continuous improvement initiatives to drive operational excellence through process enhancements, experimentation & testing and robust, consistent methodologies. By envisioning the future of Digital Supply chain and lead improvement tracks to meet the financial and operational targets of Nike's Digital business while delivering on Nike’s strategy.
Utilize strong operations, technical, analytical and project management experiences to enable business delivery towards our operational KPI’s (Service, Convenience, Sustainability and Profitability).
Bring Subject Matter Expertise and leadership on E2E Digital Supply Chain flow and ability to simplify complex information and communicate effectively to leaders and stakeholders across Supply Chain, Technology and ND teams. Analytical mindset and stakeholder management are essential skills.
What you bring:
- 5+ years of Supply Chain Experience;
- 5+ years related Digital consumer function Experience;
- Experience working with cascading down strategic guidance, a quarterly game plan framework is a plus;
- Experience with collaborative experience with Global Teams is a plus;
- Project management;

For this stretch a self starter mindset is required. You will coordinate x-functional projects around Post Purchase Supply Chain communication, Address Validation and Inventory Congruency and will be required to hit the ground running and partner up with our Global teams.
Your ability to drive service and make the right decisions with regards to prioritization and escalation will be essential in this highly dynamic and international environment.
What you will do:
- Lead and execute a regular cadence of collaborative strategy planning, deployment and goal setting using standard ways of working and clear metrics;
- Collaborate x-functionally to identify, lead and implement process improvement initiatives to optimize and enhance the efficiency of our supply chain;
- Build and drive engagement with the team to continuously improve the efficiency of how Nike supply chain operates within the marketplace;
- Create robust business cases to outline expected outcomes and inform prioritization of capabilities aligned with operational and financial KPI’s;
- Identify, develop and execute opportunities to experiment, test and learn before scaling enhancements to processes and solutions;
- Be a change champion for the team by ensuring team and process readiness, clearly documented plans and stakeholder communications;
- Actively participate and contribute to the network of EMEA Supply Chain Improvement Leads.
You will work in a cross-functional agile environment that spans across EMEA and serve the Marketplace Unit (MPU)’s business needs. Within the MPU, you will partner closely with Nike Direct Digital Commerce, Sales, Planning, Finance, Logistics and Technology teams plus external partners. From these teams you will have contact with all levels of the organization going from peers to senior leadership. You will report into the Digital Marketplace Supply Chain Director. This role has no direct reports.
