Production employee, 3-5 shift system

To keep production running smoothly in Bodegraven, it's important that you, as a production worker, meet the following requirements:

• You speak English;
• You are willing to work in Bodegraven;
• You are available to start within 2 weeks;
• You are fulltime available;
• You are available for 3- or 5-shift work (06:45–15:00, 14:45–23:00 and 22:45–07:00);
• You have your own transportation;
• You are 18 years or older.

On our factory floor, it's crucial to stay calm and focused, even when things get busy. There's always movement and plenty of work to do. As a production worker, you'll be assigned to various tasks. For example, you'll perform quality checks, ensuring that the caps are securely fastened on the orange juices. You'll also make sure the production line runs smoothly. And as soon as the packaging materials start running low, you'll jump into action immediately to replenish them.

• Replenishing and checking materials;
• Performing quality checks;
• Carrying out cleaning tasks.

At their Bodegraven facility, Refresco manufactures juices for both businesses and the hospitality sector, including well-known brands like Wicky and Fuzetea. Beyond production, they also manage the storage and transportation of these beverages directly to customers. This comprehensive approach highlights their significant role in the global supply chain for a wide variety of drinks.
