We are in search of a Jordan Brand Marketing Professional, Lead to join the Jordan team in Hilversum. The ideal candidate will have a passion for streetwear, a curiosity for our young consumer, a connection to/understanding of EMEA streetwear, culture & basketball and an ability to uncover stories that will inspire the next generation. A marketeer keen to leverage that passion to reimagine the future of Jordan streetwear in EMEA. What you bring:
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in brand marketing with international brands, with a strong focus on cross-functional marketing;
- Proven experience with working with NBHD partners or managing external relationship (retail and individual) is key to be considered;
- An absolute self-starter, high interest in operating collaborative autonomy and you can demonstrate where and how you have taken initiative to get work done on your own and as part of the team;
- Agile mentality and the ability to navigate through ambiguity to clarity.;
- Ability to travel for this role;
- You have experience in retail and preferably a core understanding of the streetwear industry and the current reality for Gen Z and Gen Alpha consumers;
- Demonstrate an authentic connection and understanding to communities in Paris and London is a plus;
- Demonstrate ability to build brand awareness, brand affinity, and brand strength through storytelling and marketplace impact.
As a brand marketing lead for Jordan Brand, you will be responsible for leading marketing initiatives that focus brand and business success of Jordan streetwear product journeys, experiences, and content. You will be expected to lead, drive & execute seasonal plans as the Brand Lead, briefing & influencing a cross-functional team in EHQ and our key cities. deliver
This role will be responsible for leading seasonal brand initiatives across EMEA & supporting the Streetwear.
All roles in Nike's organisation, while generally specific in functional or Field of Play connectivity, will need to be agile to some extent. This will ensure that in an ever-changing landscape, and with a Concept Map that sometimes focuses more deeply on one area of the Brand & Business, that we always have enough resource to ensure pinnacle execution of our most key priorities. This role will be generally focused on brand management, but in times where the organisation may require, you may need to step into other marketing functional work.
This role will be responsible for leading seasonal brand initiatives across EMEA & supporting the Streetwear, Field of Play including:
- Supporting the EMEA Marketing Director Streetwear with Consumer, marketplace and cultural insights to influence the upstream process;
- Lead the Seasonal Briefing to Recap process for one large and or one medium brand campaign per season;
- You will be successful by giving clear directions, provide clarity to the cross-functional teams and bring teams along to make big, bigger.
- Coordinating with the Streetwear Field of Play team to accelerate strategic priorities, bringing together Merchandising, Marketplace and Marketing. You will provide the Marketing POV in specific strategic workstreams.
