We are looking for a Footlocker Sales Representative to join Nike's team! You'll drive revenue growth, collaborate with key stakeholders, and execute strategic sales initiatives. It is a temporary role starting on the 1st of August for 40 hours a week. It is an assignment until the end of May 2026. You will work from the European Headquarters of Nike in Hilversum.

Who are we looking for:

  • You have a proven experience in large account sales or senior retail management, ideally within athletic or consumer products;
  • You have a track record in developing and executing strategic business plans that drive revenue and meet financial goals;
  • A deep understanding of retail operations, account profitability models, and how to build a profitable account strategy (this is a big pré);
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to clearly convey goals and influence stakeholders;
  • You have strong cross-functional and vertical influencing skills within both internal teams and the broader marketplace;
  • You are fluent in English.

This Foot Locker Sales Representative will be looking after the in-season business (AA/At-Once) as well as the Equipment business and parts of our Apparel business. Taks portfolio may evolve depending on the evolution of the setup of the team.

What you will do:

  • You will drive seasonal sales targets by managing strategic accounts and creating demand for products;
  • You will partner with internal teams to build seasonal business plans based on financial goals, category priorities and consumer insights;
  • You will lead the development of tailored account plans through close collaboration with the customers;
  • You will prepare detailed, door-level retail sales plans in advance of seasonal business meetings;
  • You will monitor inventory, product flow, and sell-through targets in partnership with account buyers and planners;
  • Ensuring optimal product presentation and storytelling in the marketplace at the right time for key accounts;
  • Collaborate with planning and category teams on door-level assortment plans to enhance the consumer experience.

Nike maintains a hybrid working model, 3 days in the office, 2 days from home.
