Retail Asset Management Specialist

We are looking for someone to start as soon as possible! It is a temporary role till the end of June 2026 for 40 hours a week. You will work from the European Headquarters in Hilversum.

What you bring:

• Strong administrative skills;
• Experience with Smartsheet is a big pré;
• Excellent relationship management with vendors and landlords;
• You are detail oriented and have a result-driven mindset;
• You are solution oriented and have strong analytical and business acumen;
• You have at least 2 till 3 years of relevant work experience in a similar role.

As a Specialist in Retail Asset Management, we are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented team member to support our Returns scope for Stores. This role, will play a key part in ensuring smooth execution throughout the SEC implementation - our biggest priority in EMEA, providing essential support to the Senior Specialist to cover SEC meetings and assist with ramp-up and ramp-down activities.

What you will do:

• Support day-to-day execution of return operations, ensuring transactional and operational activities align with Nike's financial strategic objectives;
• Assist in maintaining and utilizing relevant Nike systems, tools, and reports to drive efficiency and meet operational targets;
• Collaborate with internal teams to uphold the Consumer Promise - delivering service, convenience, sustainability and profitability across return processes.
• Contribute to the refinement and implementation of process improvements within Nike Direct Reverse Logistics, helping optimize operation workflows;
• Provide operational insights to support E2E Supply Chain flow and assist in communicating complex information to teams and stakeholders in a clear and structured manner.
