We’re looking for a motivated Admin Employee for a growing logistics company in Roosendaal. You’ll work in a dynamic team and help keep everything running smoothly at the expedition desk.

€ 2.700 and € 3.000 per month (based on 40 hours)

You like working with systems and planning. You are organized and good with communication.

  • you have experience with administrative tasks
  • you can work with Microsoft Office
  • Experience with WMS is a plus
  • you speak Dutch of English
  • you are available full-time
  • you are available until at least end of December (extension possible)

You work at the driver’s desk in the warehouse. You help drivers and make sure documents are ready. You send out pre-alerts and update the system. If you learn quickly, you may also handle inbound shipments.

  • welcome drivers and register them
  • prepare outbound shipment documents
  • update information in the system (WMS)
  • send e-mails with pre-alerts
  • possibly handle inbound shipments

You work for a large logistics company in the Roosendaal area. The team is friendly, and the work is well-organized. You work in shifts, with one Saturday shift per month.

Shifts:
- Week 1: 06:00 – 15:00
- Week 2: 15:00 – 00:00
- 1x per month on Saturday: approx. 06:00 – 15:00
