Are you a skilled E&I Maintenance Technician with a sharp eye for detail and a drive for operational excellence? We are seeking a dedicated E&I Maintenance Technician to strengthen our technical team and support the ongoing reliability of our production environment.
- You have MLO or higher education All-round technician in a relevant area; instrumentation, electrical, or mechanical or equivalent vocational.
- Experience in a highly GMP regulated pharmaceutical industry is a plus.
- You have work experience as a technician or similar (breakdown technician experience is an advantage).
- Expert in locating, analyzing, and resolving malfunctions in a timely manner
- Strong communicational skills in English, and Dutch is a pre'
As a Maintenance Technician, you will be a part of the Manufacturing Make Asset Management team (MAM) at Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine. This team plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the facility by overseeing project management, designing and adapting installations and equipment, producing utilities, and maintaining all technical installations. Within MAM, you will be part of the dedicated maintenance team, ensuring the reliability of electrical, instrumentation, and control systems in a highly regulated, GMP pharmaceutical environment whilst focusing on continuous improvements.
As a E&I Maintenance Technician, you are responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the production and utility assets at Leiden and Sassenheim sites by responding to and resolving technical malfunctions. Your expertise will be essential in maintaining a variety of equipment, including utility systems, laboratories, and complex biotechnological production systems involving fermentation, purification, chromatography, and filtration processes. You will troubleshoot issues across mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation systems. You will perform this work in accordance with GMP guidelines.
- Knowledge/possession of VCA and NEN3140 or other equivalent EHS and electrical safety training from another country is required.
- A valid driver's license (B) is required.
