- You have at least 4 years of experience as a logistics teamlead
- You have experience with absenteeism conversations
- Preferably you have a diploma in a relevant field
- You ensure that the logistics process in the warehouse runs properly
- You encourage the team to continuously improve processes
- You ensure that the team works according to the correct quality regulations
