We are looking for a (digital) marketeer to join Nike as a Specialist in the Kids and Women Digital Department.

You are a (digital marketeer) with a passion for movement, a curiosity for Nike's consumers, and a desire to build a culture of creativity, innovation and inspiration to reimagine the future of sport and serve Nike's members personally at scale.

We are looking for someone that can start as soon as possible. It is a temporary role for 40 hours a week with a six-month contract to start with. You will work on a temporary basis via Randstad.

Marketing Specialist Kids Digital Role!

We are looking for a talented digital marketeer who is looking to accelerate your career and learning in one of the most progressive areas of Nike marketing. A marketer that is able to translate data insights into actionable consumer insights that influence how Nike plans and optimize their campaigns.
Your passion is how the consumer navigates a modern digital marketplace, and how Nike serves new behaviors. We need you to be curious, open to interrogate your own as well as others plans in a constructive way, with always an eye on the KPI's the department is accountable for delivering. You should have a magic touch when it comes to the art, but also a mind that ensures the science is applied in real life and real ways.

A successful candidate will be expected to clearly demonstrate and articulate experience of the below essential requirements in order to be considered. Candidates that meet these criteria will then be assessed based on the competencies also outlined below.

  • You have previous Nike work experience and you embody Nike D&I values and Maxims (guiding principles), always;
  • Proven work experience in brand and/or digital functional management at a brand or in an agency;
  • Digital mindset and knowledge, both operationally and strategic;
  • A getting things done mentality. Always trying to push boundaries and bring others along your thinking;
  • Excellent understanding of digital platforms, social media landscape & latest European privacy directives;
  • You have knowledge of tools like Airtable, Omniture, Figma and Miro;
  • Experience executing digital marketing plans and journeys, ideally as part of a bigger integrated campaign;
  • Curiosity towards target consumer and able to drive innovative solutions that remove friction.

As the EMEA CDM Specialist Kids and Women Digital, you will be responsible for the execution and coordination of the seasonal & annual marketing plans. Your focus will be on developing world-class digital experiences for Kids (and their Empowering Adults) on Nike's digital platforms. You must have a deep appreciation for digital best practices, embrace a consumer/member-first mindset and have strong digital and commercial acumen. You will be part of a larger team and collectively the focus is to drive personalized consumer & member journeys across the Nike Direct ecosystem to drive engagement & retention.

You will work collaboratively with Nike's internal teams, key partners and agencies and be able to demonstrate entrepreneurial and creative thinking.

Below you will find some of your tasks:

  • Collaborate closely with the Kids Consumer Construct & CDM teams to plan and execute end-to-end digital marketing campaigns with a focus on Lifestyle;
  • In close collaboration with other NDDC and Marketing teams, manage Nike's digital planning process and seasonal milestones;
  • Develop owned marketing initiatives to support the Kids’ and Parents’ experience and journeys on Nike's digital ecosystem from brief to execution;
  • Support the gathering of continuous consumer insights to allow us to better serve Nike's members & consumers;
  • Analyze marketing campaigns & Kids / fields of play destinations that will help plan our future campaigns better & educate the wider organization;
  • Championing Nike's operational systems and be an evangelist on how to use these to other teams (Airtable, Omniture, Figma etc..)

Who you will work with?
Apart from the Kids Direct Digital Marketing team, cross-geo & cross-functional collaboration involving other marketing and business functions such as the wider CDM org, Brand Creative, Integrated Media, Brand Planning and Strategy, Consumer Construct Brand, Digital Platform teams, Merchandising and other relevant functions.

You will report directly into the EMEA CDM Kids Manager Digital and be based in the European Headquarters in Hilversum.

Nike maintains a hybrid working model, 3 days in the office, 2 days from home.
