As an operator, you will be working in a cleanroom. This means that you make sure that your external appearance is good. Think of not wearing make-up, nail polish, jewelry and a beard is tucked under a net.

To contribute to quality standards, work is performed with protective clothing. Think of a mouth mask, gloves, lab coat, special shoes and a hair net. The quality requirements vary from job to job. It is important that you know how to do your work in a planned and structured way.

Accuracy plays a major role, so a high arc of concentration is important. After all, during the day you often perform the same activities. In addition, you sit for about 80% of the day. During work, communication with colleagues is difficult because of the clothing you wear. However, outside of work there is a very nice informal atmosphere.

In addition, your responsibilities as a cleanroom operator are:

  • Placing breakers on ampoules;
  • Adding liquid and/or powder to pouches or ampoules;
  • Sealing the pouches, hanging them out and placing them in a box;
  • Using a machine to check for glass particles in the ampoules;
  • Starting up and executing the production processes according to established procedures;
  • Packaging and labeling the boxes;
  • Performing quality checks.
