At Fokker, real experience is not a requirement for the role of assembly worker. What we do value is an interest and affinity for technology. You will be working hands-on, ensuring that our assembly meets the highest quality standards. Naturally, you won't be working alone, but as part of a team. Therefore, you should be able to work both independently and collaboratively. Having your own transportation is also important, as is the willingness to undergo a 2-week training period in Dordrecht. You also need to be willing to work on a Saturday.
- You have your own transportation or live in the region of Papendrecht;

- You speak and understand the English language;
- You are not colorblind;
- Saturday is a mandatory workday.
At Fokker in Papendrecht, you work as an assembly worker. Here, you work as part of a team to assemble wiring harnesses for the aircraft industry. The cable harnesses consist of various types of cables and connectors. You receive instructions in English via an iPad on how everything should be connected. Once all the components are connected, you bundle them together and connect them to the aircraft.
- Following instructions in English via an iPad;
- Assembling cables to connectors;
- Reading technical drawings.

- €16.20 per hour, excluding a 15.3% shift allowance;
- Day shift (07:00-15:30, 07:30-16:00, 08:00-16:30) or 2-shift system (06:00-14:30 en 14:30-23:00);
- Training period in Dordrecht. (Shuttle buses available between Dordrecht and Papendrecht).
