We are looking for someone that can start as soon as possible. It is a temporary role for 6 months, for 40 hours a week. You will work from the European Headquarters of Nike located in Hilversum.

Salary based on experience: € 20 - € 28 per hour

For the role of Senior Supply Chain Data Analyst we are looking for someone that has the following knowledge and competences:

  • You have advanced analytical, visualization and data processing skills;
  • You have proven to be able to structure complex datasets, run extensive analysis on these and visualize the results to support business decision making;
  • You have experience with SQL and are proficient on reporting solutions and tools like PowerBI, Tableau, Alteryx and Excel. For this role it is necessary that you have experience with these tools;
  • Experience with big data technologies (such as Spark, Airflow, Snowflake, ML, etc.) and advanced coding Python) is a pré);
  • You have strong interpersonal skills. You have the ability to clearly communicate with and influence various levels within the matrix organization. You have clear examples of situations where you have influenced x-functional stakeholders through your
  • You work independently and have shown your entrepreneurial and innovative mindset, with a sustainable, end-to-end approach to problem solving;
  • You have led larger projects, across stakeholders of several other functions, and delivered clearly identified results and measurable impact, through product development or process improvements. You deliver results through your own work and teamwork.

As a Senior Supply Chain Data Analyst you enable and inspire the EMEA Operations teams to make data-driven decisions. With your technical expertise in analytical tools and programming languages, you support the creation of impactful insights, and increase analytical maturity through coaching and knowledge sharing. You proactively engage and collaborate with stakeholders in x-functional teams and are able to influence improvements through fact-based, compelling storytelling.

You will drive performance management and analytics projects related to Operations. You partner with business teams and guide them on the data & analytics solutions and opportunities that will support their strategic ambitions. You are in charge of measuring, diagnosing, and recommending solutions to improve business performance metrics. Together with team members, you identify business & operational opportunities, understand drivers, collect data, run analysis, and measure the impact. Throughout this, you will ensure continuous alignment and communication on progress & expectations with the various teams and functions involved.

Who you work with?
- Collaborate with key partners such as business users, other SC Analysts and the central Insights and Analytics team to understand requirements and improve opportunities to drive knowledge into action.
- Build sustainable and scalable data products in partnership with tech teams, data scientists and business users.

Below you will find some tasks:

  • You create visibility for the teams to do their job. You create reports and dashboards, provide insights and build tools where needed;
  • You focus on performance; you understand the supply chain critical metrics, drive concrete actions to improve these and understanding the end-to-end supply chain dynamics;
  • You transform data into insights to support business decisions. You leverage analytical insights to tell compelling stories and recommend decisions that help achieving business priorities of the functional teams;
  • You support operational and business priorities by building and implementing innovative and effective solutions to supply chain challenges and opportunities;
  • You are actively involved in fostering a data community culture. You train members in how to generate insights for tactical and operational decision-making and embedding it in their day to day activities.

Nike maintains a hybrid working model, 3 days in the office, 2 days from home.
