You will always put safety and quality first in the performance of your work. And;

  • You have good communication skills in English, in word and writing
  • You have a flexible attitude and are willing to include weekend and evening duties in a regular schedule
  • Experience in a similar position is a plus
  • EASA approved aircraft cabin interior training certificates are a plus
  • Experience with a so called "tedlar" work on aircraft cabin and galley equipment is a plus

As a cabin worker at SAMCO you will work in the interior shop, which is part of the basic maintenance department. While performing your duties, you will ensure that you comply with health and safety procedures while performing aircraft maintenance within the limits of the company approvals. Aircraft maintenance involves identifying and repairing problems on the inside of the aircraft. This could be preparing and tailoring carpets, refurbishing and repairing upholstery and interior panels, passenger seats, luggage bins and pantries.

  • Carry out maintenance on, and inspection of, cabin interior work
  • Evaluate and estimate cabin interior defect rectifications, modifications and other specialized repairs
