Aircraft maintenance engineer

You are a teamplayer who works accurately and conscientiously on a daily basis. And;

• You have a flexible attitude and are willing to occasionally cover weekend duties
• You are in possession of an EASA Part-66 B1 license for one or more of the following aircraft types; DHC8 classis/Q400, F50/70/100, ATR42/72, EMB120/145, and CRJ
• You have excellent communication skills in the English language

Your daily responsibilities include performance and release of aircraft maintenance tasks in accordance with prevailing aviation legislation. Also, you are responsible for supervising aircraft maintenance technicians and trainees. Furthermore, your responsibilities include the administration of performed tasks like signing off inspection sheets. Keeping hangar and workshops clean is also part of your job.

As an aircraft maintenance engineer at SAMCO, you will be working in a dedicated and professional team. The organisation has an international environment. SAMCO Aircraft Maintenance is an independent maintenance facility for a wide range of regional jet aircraft and turboprops. The company has around 200 colleagues at its home base Maastricht Airport. And just under 100 employees at various airports around the world.
