Position: Operator - 5 Shifts - Helmond - English and/or Dutch

We are currently seeking an operator in Helmond. Your role will involve working in the packaging department, where you and your team of operators will be responsible for machine packaging goods. While prior experience in this field is advantageous, we prioritize motivation above all.

Our client is a renowned production company based in Helmond. Due to ongoing busy periods, they urgently require an operator.

• Do you have experience as an operator, production, or packing worker and enjoy working in 5 shifts?
• Are you fluent in both Dutch and/or English?
• Do you possess a proactive and motivated attitude?
• Are you in possession of a forklift operator certificate or willing to obtain one?

As an operator, you will be part of a team of approximately 6 colleagues, collectively responsible for the activities in the packaging department.

• Packaging and bagging products using both manual and machine methods, ensuring quality standards are met
• Physically handling the products, ensuring smooth movement within the production area
• -Transporting products using forklifts, following safety protocols at all times
• Collaborating with the on-duty operator to resolve minor issues and maintain production efficiency

Our client is a leading manufacturer of semi-finished products for the food industry. Their production facility in Helmond employs around 50 individuals, including operators. The company values quality, flexibility, and reliability, with customer focus at the forefront.
