2600 - 2800€ based on experience

As the perfect candidate for this Customer service role:

  • You have great communication skills in German and English
  • You have prior experience in Customer Service or Contact Center roles
  • You are flexible, being able to work both morning and evening shifts between 08:30 - 20:30 (weekends also), your working schedule will be known one month in advance
  • Thrive in a fasted paced environment and being result focused

The customer service representative will be responsible for:

  • Answer queries and support customer via phone, email and chat
  • Responsible for updating internal databases with feedback about technical issues and proactively make suggestions for improving the company’s offerings
  • Because of your proactive approach in the workplace you will have the opportunity to collaborate with different teams to help shape the future of the company
