You have the can-do mentality and a great eye for detail. As an HR Business Partner you will go the extra mile. You want to give the best service to the managers and employees. You have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in HR management or Business Administration. You have HR experience in Holland. You also worked in an International Company and Computer Hardware/ICT industry. Also your communication in English has to be very strong in word and writing. Mandarin is a plus. As an HR Business Partner you have coaching ans consulting skills. And Business acumen. Of course is recruiting your task! Also, you have:

  • Strong computer skills with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PPT, Outlook)
  • Excellent organizational skills, ability to prioritize many tasks and complete them with accuracy and efficiency
  • Ability to deal with tasks with a sense of urgency and confidentiality
  • Ability to work in a fast-pace environment with constant interruptions
  • Some HR systems experience a plus (ATS, ADP, SAP)
  • Expertice in compensation, talent management and works council
  • Familiar with Dutch labor law, knowledge about Wet verbetering Poortwachter and experience in sickness case management

The HR Business Partner will work with internal HR team. Also with legal, finance and business leaders. Together you will implement and improve HR practices and processes. You will be key in building a world class infrastructure to support our goals. But you will also:

  • Develop HR solutions to support business in achieving its goals
  • Lead and implement different HR projects in EMEA region in a effective manner
  • Coach and mentor line managers and line leaders
  • Develop, rewiew and update local HR policy and practice to ensure local compliance
  • Manage and review employee benefits programs such as insurance, pension, ect.
  • Investigate, resolve and document employee relationship cases
  • implement HR proces for talent management, learning and development, performance process, compensation review, ect.
