We are looking for someone to fulfill the position of Marketing Operations Lead for Jordan.
The role is for 40 hours per week, starting with a 12 months contract. The headquarters of Nike is located in Hilversum.

For this role we are looking for someone with at least 7 years of relevant working experience in project management and marketing. You will report directly to the Senior Director as their key operational partner. Furthermore, you will work and interact with a lot of different stakeholders across the marketing teams.

What you bring:

  • Preferably experience with a sport and/or lifestyle environment;
  • Expertise in the real-world demands of delivering best-in-class brand marketing;
  • Ability to communicate with clarity to all levels of the organization;
  • Skill to execute Keynote presentations self-sufficiently and experience with project management software tools (ideally Airtable);
  • Results-oriented, structured and analytics skills;
  • Documented success and experience delivering multidimensional marketing projects;
  • Strong drive for operational excellence and continuous improvement through process enhancement and innovation;
  • Able to manage multiple projects and initiatives while driving accountability on day-to-day operations.

As the Marketing Operations Lead Jordan you will champion the EMEA Jordan Brand Marketing team and project portfolio as the dedicated marketing operations partner. You maintain oversight into work stream statuses and risks.

Below you will find some of your tasks:

  • Drive portfolio management and optimalization, mostly downstream on the NikeOneMarketing EMEA process inclusive of scope, schedule, project budgets for targeted results;
  • Ensure Brand and CDM teams are focused on the most impactful work to achieve EMEA Jordan Brand Marketing vision;
  • Support team with workback schedule set-up for all projects within the portfolio and provide high-level guidance. Project team is responsible for progress and outcomes;
  • Enable vital connections with Global, Geo, and City counterparts ensuring all relevant seasonal and project related information is distributed and communicated on a day-to-day basis;
  • Provide guidance and advice for critical checkpoints with key stakeholders and coordinate and integrate timelines with Function partners;
  • Drive seasonal process adherence, governance and innovation;
  • Participate and evangelize automation and digitalization efforts through tools and technology, including AirTable, Slack and Box;
  • Build relationships across the brand marketing and business matrix and will contribute towards project management strategy to continuously improve ways of working.
