In this high-tech Chinese company, numerous delicate packages arrive, demanding both quality and quantity adherence. Your role involves maintaining complete control and communication with suppliers and customers regarding these packages.

Your tasks will include processing and recording damaged components, creating repair requests for the repair department, informing customers about changes and/or damages, receiving and verifying incoming items, and overseeing ongoing matters and repairs.

You'll also handle customer inquiries, both by phone and email, and liaise with other departments. This includes registering and processing items and storing goods. Your duties will be carried out from our warehouse in Barendrecht.
