To keep logistics running smoothly, as a logistics employee you must meet these requirements:

• Experience: You have at least 1 year of experience working in a logistics environment.
• Certificates: You hold a valid forklift certificate (heftruck) and have proven experience driving one.
• Language: You speak either good English or Dutch (both languages are perfectly acceptable).
• Physically Fit: You are capable of performing physical tasks (lifting up to 15 kg, which is always done together in team-up fashion).
• Mindset: You are a flexible worker with good spatial insight and a proactive "can-do" attitude.
• Availability: You are available to start immediately on a full-time basis (40 hours per week) and are flexible with your working hours.

As a logistics employee, you are indispensable. Within the warehouse you will join a tight-knit team of 25 people. Your day is highly varied: about 20% of the time you will be operating the forklift, while the rest of the day is filled with small-scale order picking, packing, and sorting. You use your insight to keep the warehouse running smoothly!

• Forklift operations (20% of your work)

As a production worker, you will perform many different tasks. You will work in a team of 5 to 7 colleagues at a time, and together you are responsible for the results. During your onboarding and training period, you will work closely with your working foreman, who will explain all the tasks to you. You will be involved in the entire production process. This means your duties will include, among other things:

• Assembling products
• Packing / Packaging
• Injecting composite (preform)
• Bonding / Gluing composite

This high-tech company in De Kempen manufactures incredibly strong and lightweight components. Instead of metal, they use plastic reinforced with fiberglass or carbon fiber (composite). In the factory, they manufacture these products by injecting liquid plastic into a closed mold and bonding the parts together.

Als productiemedewerker doe je veel verschillende taken. Je werkt in een team van 5 tot 7 medewerkers tegelijk en hiermee ben je samen verantwoordelijk voor het resultaat. Tijdens je inwerktraject werk je nauw samen met je meewerkend voorman die je alle werkzaamheden uitlegt. Je wordt betrokken bij het gehele productieproces. Dit houdt in dat je onder andere de volgende werkzaamheden verricht:

• Assembleren van producten
• Inpakken
• Injecteren van composiet (preform)
• Lijmen van composiet

Dit high-tech bedrijf in De Kempen maakt heel sterke en lichte onderdelen. Ze gebruiken hiervoor geen metaal, maar kunststof dat is versterkt met glasvezel of koolstofvezel (composiet). In de fabriek maken ze deze producten door vloeibare kunststof in een dichte vorm te spuiten (injecteren) en delen aan elkaar te lijmen.
