As a Manufacturing Engineer, you are the vital link between product design and flawless execution within our high-tech factory in Best. Your mission is to support, improve, and maintain the production processes that bring life-saving technology to the world.
In this role, you aren’t just "fixing things"—you are the architect of the production environment. You will be responsible for validating equipment and software, writing the definitive work instructions for our operators, and managing the lifecycle of our products. When a technical mystery arises (such as a Defect on Arrival), you will lead the investigation to find a structural solution, ensuring our production yield remains at its peak. You will act as the technical expert during audits and play a key role in bringing New Product Introductions (NPI) from the drawing board to the factory floor.
Functie-eisen
- To be successful in this high-precision environment, you should bring:
- Education: A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or BioMedical Engineering (or a related Science field).
- Experience: At least 2 years of experience in a Manufacturing or Engineering role within a high-tech industry (e.g., Medical, Semiconductor, or Aerospace).
- Quality Standards: Solid knowledge of quality management systems such as ISO 9001 or ISO 13485. Experience with FDA requirements and FMEA is highly preferred.
- Technical Toolkit: Proficiency in Validation (Equipment, Software, Process) and problem-solving methodologies like 8D or Root Cause Analysis.
- Systems: Preferred experience with SAP (MES) and Windchill.
- Language: Excellent communication skills in English; the ability to explain complex technical issues to both operators and senior management.
