Lead end-to-end development cycles (from proof-of-concept to pilot) for high-precision systems.
Translate deep-tech challenges into actionable milestones for stakeholders.
Proactively identify technical bottlenecks in mechatronics, optics, or software integration before they hit the critical path.
Apply iterative mindsets to hardware development, balancing the "definition of done" with the realities of physical prototyping.

Functie-eisen

A Master’s or PhD in Physics, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, or similar. You "speak" engineer fluently.
5+ years in high-mix/low-volume environments (Semiconductors, MedTech, Aerospace, or Robotics).
You prioritize Systems Thinking. You understand how a change in a software algorithm might impact the thermal stability of a mechanical component.
Proficiency in Prince2 or PMP is fine, but mastery of Stage-Gate processes and Jira/Azure DevOps for hardware is what we actually value.
