Are you an expert in managing complex contract portfolios within a dynamic Tech environment? As a Contract Management Specialist at bol, you ensure continuity and cost control for crucial services such as Google Cloud and SaaS. In this role, you bridge the gap between internal stakeholders and external vendors to achieve maximum results.

In this position, you manage an extensive portfolio of approximately 60 contracts within bol's Tech Platform. Your focus lies on guaranteeing continuity and controlling costs. You act as the pivot between internal stakeholders such as procurement, legal, and control, and external suppliers.

Your tasks are concrete and impactful:

You manage the full contract management lifecycle and ensure all agreements meet legal and security requirements.
You create and monitor purchase orders (POs) in the Ivalua system to prevent unnecessary spending and operational delays.
You analyze rates and SLAs to ensure they remain market-conform and up to date.
You streamline manual processes that currently deviate from the standard, accelerating the time-to-market for new services.
You support engineering managers with data-driven insights about the portfolio, ensuring investment decisions are always well-founded.

Functie-eisen

Bachelor's or Master's (HBO/WO) level of thinking with strong administrative and organizational skills.
Experience in contract management or procurement, preferably within an IT environment.
Excellent command of the English language is required (working language).
Command of the Dutch language is a plus (for contact with local vendors).
Advanced knowledge of Excel and the ability to quickly master new systems such as Ivalua.
Analytical insight for cost control and forecasting.

Arbeidsvoorwaarden

Bol is looking for a professional available immediately for 24 to 32 hours per week. Mandatory working days are Monday and Friday, with office days on Tuesday or Wednesday. This interim assignment initially lasts for six months, with an option for extension.

Salary in accordance with VvDN guidelines up to € 4,500 gross per month based on 40 hours.
