As a Site Supervisor, you are responsible for the full realization of installation activities on-site. You focus on (inter)national datacenter projects, working with low and medium voltage, smart grids, and energy automation. You are the face of the project on-site and lead a team of professionals and subcontractors to successfully deliver complex systems – from transformers to E-Houses.
Your daily impact: You oversee all site operations and monitor progress regarding planning, quality, and budget. You coordinate contractors and ensure seamless alignment between engineering, logistics, and execution. You are the primary point of contact for the customer, project management, and your own team at the construction site. You proactively identify risks and opportunities, switching directly on economic and contractual levels. You guarantee a safe working environment through strict compliance with EHS guidelines and quality standards.
Functie-eisen
You are a technical leader who stands firm and possesses: A Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a Vocational degree (MBO-4) with extensive relevant work experience. A proven track record in managing complex technical projects on-site. Excellent command of the English language (Dutch is a strong plus). Willingness to work abroad for longer periods (e.g., 3 weeks on, 1 week off). A valid EU passport, driver's license, and a residential address in the Netherlands.
Furthermore, you have experience leading multidisciplinary teams and preferably have experience working in an intercultural environment.
