We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Project Manager/Project Coordinator to join ASML on a six-month fixed-term contract. This role will provide critical execution and delivery support across a range of projects within the Functional Management Support team while a senior team member is on long-term leave.
This position is suited to a generalist project manager/coordinator who thrives on bringing structure, momentum, and clarity to complex work, and who can confidently manage multiple workstreams, stakeholders, and deadlines. Experience in learning and development is desirable but not mandatory.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the planning, coordination, and delivery of multiple projects across the MA Community. From topics such as learning and development to event planning.
- Translate high-level objectives into clear project plans, timelines, and deliverables
- Track progress, risks, dependencies, and issues, and proactively escalate where needed
- Support the team with execution, prioritization, and day-to-day project management activities
- Prepare project documentation, updates and reporting for management and stakeholders
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to agreed standards
- Bring structure and consistency to project ways of working and processes
Functie-eisen
- Bachelor degree or extensive experience in Business Administration, Management Support, HR, or related fields.
- 5+ years of relevant working experience, project management experience in a learning and networking environment is highly valued
- Experienced with planning and organizing events
- Proficient in Dutch and business English, both spoken and written

Arbeidsvoorwaarden
- A salary between € 3.500 and € 4.800 per month based on 40 hours
- A fixed-term contract for the duration of the position, for now for six months
- 25 vacation days per year based on 40 hours.
