About the role

We are recruiting for the role of a Product Owner to reinforce our International Infrastructure team.

In this role, you will serve as the primary link between business our, international teams and external

providers with a strong relation to the function of Technical Expert. Your responsibilities will include

overseeing and coordinate operational activities and projects, ensuring smooth communication and

efficient execution of changes. Key areas of focus will be on lifecycle management, change planning,

and incident management. You will be expected to adhere to ITSM best practices to maintain

exceptional service standards.

Your Responsibilities

  • Coordinate between suppliers and country teams.
  • Communicate upcoming changes and ensure smooth implementation.
  • Ownership of lifecycle management (LCM) projects.
  • Manage and monitor open incidents. Align with business stakeholders, your team, and providers to reduce lead times.
  • Continuously assess and improve processes, procedures, and documentation

What We are Looking For - Core Competencies

  • Technical Expertise: In-depth understanding of IT infrastructure, with a particular focus on Workspace environments (such as Windows and Citrix) and Connectivity solutions (including Firewalls, SD-WAN, WLAN, and domains).
  • Analytical Thinking: Skilled at dissecting complex technical issues to determine and address root causes effectively.
  • Effective Communication: Able to convey information clearly and succinctly to a variety of stakeholders, the manager of Infrastructure and ensuring mutual understanding.
  • Thorough Documentation: Maintains meticulous records and produces comprehensive process documentation to support operational excellence.
  • Customer-Centric Approach: Places customer needs and the delivery of high-quality service at the forefront of all activities.
  • Commitment to Continuous Improvement: Proactively analyses trends and implements enhancements to drive ongoing process and service improvements.
  • Proactive and Independent Working: Anticipates potential challenges and makes informed decisions independently to ensure smooth operations.
  • Attention to Detail: Delivers consistently accurate and reliable information, maintaining the highest standards in all actions.

Requirements

  • Project management skills
  • Strong communication skills in English (written and verbally)
  • Knowledge of Workspace environments (Windows, CITRIX)
  • Knowledge of Connectivity (Firewalls, SD-WAN, WLAN, DNS)

Nice to Have

  • Experience in large organizations and complex processes.
  • Bachelor’s degree in IT or equivalent experience.
  • Experience with ServiceNow.
  • Familiarity with ISO 27001 audits.
  • ITIL Foundation certification.
