In this high-impact 12-month contract (via Randstad), you won’t just maintain—you’ll innovate. You will act as a Project Lead, bridging the gap between cutting-edge product development and world-class serviceability.
Your Mission
- Lead Innovation: Drive continuous improvement projects and CAPA investigations to elevate service quality
- Analyze & Optimize: Use machine data and global work orders to refine service processes and compliance.
- Design for Service: Collaborate with R&D to ensure new products are designed for seamless maintenance and diagnostics.
- Influence: Represent Service Innovation within a multi-disciplinary project portfolio.
Functie-eisen
What You Bring
- Education: BSc/MSc in Electronics, Data Engineering, Mechatronics, or Software.
- Expertise: Strong analytic mindset with experience in project leadership and process improvement.
- Communication: Fluent English (Dutch is a plus) and the ability to navigate complex stakeholder landscapes.
- Presence: Hybrid ready (3 days/week in Best).
