As Line Lead Engineer within the System Integration team, you are responsible for planning and report-out of testing- and development activities over various engine development projects, as well as leading technical discussion within the development organization and with suppliers
Your responsibilities and goals:
- Help shape the System Integration team such that project targets are met within the applicable constraints
- Prioritize and plan test- and development activities within the System Integration team
- Follow-up on daily progress and planning changes/updates of test- and development activities within the System Integration team
- Answer technical questions to proceed within the various engine- and aftertreatment development projects
- Lead technical discussions with experts internally, but also including external suppliers
- Streamline processes and procedures with expert input from the team
- Monitor quality and status of relevant Key Performance Indicators
- Report out status, at any time, always
Functie-eisen
- Degree in Mechanical or Automotive Engineering;
- At least 5 years of relevant working experience;
- Substantial knowledge of diesel engine and aftertreatment technology
- Excellent planning and re-planning skills
- Good English skills are mandatory, Dutch skills are a pre;
- Experience with working in multidisciplinary teams is preferable.

Arbeidsvoorwaarden
Primary Employment Conditions
- A salary commensurate with experience, based on a 40-hour work week.
- Holiday allowance of 8%.
Contract Form
- A fixed-term contract for one year, with the possibility of extension with Yacht.
- You will always receive 100% of your salary during the employment.
Secondary Employment Conditions
- A monthly Individual Choice Budget (IKB) of 10.66% of your salary that you can use flexibly.
