XIVER is looking for a (Senior) Equipment Engineer to join our elite team at the High Tech Campus in Eindhoven. Your Mission
As a cornerstone of our Equipment & Maintenance Department, you will ensure our production line never misses a beat. You are the bridge between technical hardware and high-volume output.
- Total Ownership: You are the master of your assigned toolsets (PVD, PECVD, Lithography, etc.), ensuring maximum uptime and reliability.
- Data-Driven Innovation: You don’t just fix things; you analyze performance data to initiate upgrades, modifications, and long-term improvements.
- Expert Troubleshooting: Perform deep-dive Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and lead complex corrective maintenance.
- Project Leadership: Act as the technical lead for new equipment introductions (IQ/OQ) and small-scale tool modifications.
- Mentorship: Share your expertise to coach and level up the skills of our technicians and junior engineers.

Who You Are
We are looking for a candidate who combines a "can-do" mindset with a deep technical pedigree.
- Educated: MBO, HBO, or WO degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Mechatronics Engineering.
- Experienced: 7–10+ years in a high-tech production environment (ideally a Wafer Fab or MEMS facility).
- Skilled: Expert knowledge of vacuum systems, robotics, automation, and control systems.
- Methodical: Professional experience with FMEA, MTBF/MTTR optimization, and technical documentation.
- Mindset: Proactive, entrepreneurial, and a true team player who "wins together.

You are an Engineer who Possesses excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with demanding clients. Demonstrates a flexible, practical, and solution-focused approach to challenges. Highly committed, resilient under pressure, and able to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments. Open to taking on short-term assignments at various locations as needed.
