Are you a hands-on expert ready to strengthen the security foundation of a leading financial institution? As an IAM Specialist, you will provide critical tactical support for an enterprise-wide Identity & Access Management gap assessment. You won't just observe; you will dive deep into infrastructure and IAM data, analyzing system configurations across multiple IT domains. Working closely with internal specialists, you will validate findings and ensure that every assessment output is accurate and ready for remediation.

Job Requirements
To excel in this complex IT and governance landscape, you must bring the following "hard" expertise to the table:
- Strong IAM Expertise: Deep knowledge of Identity Management, PAM, and Access & Authorization concepts.
- Regulatory Insight: A solid understanding of DORA, GDPR, and NIST frameworks.
- Technical Assessment Experience: A proven track record in configuration reviews or control gap analyses.
- Analytical Foundation: Relevant education in IT or Security, ideally supported by certifications like CISSP, CISA, or CISM.

We are looking for a senior practitioner who operates with "execution power" and a sharp analytical mind. You have the flair to translate complex data sets into clear, practical observations that drive remediation. As a structured communicator, you act as a mentor to technical teams, ensuring all evidence is traceable and complete. Your ability to work independently in a high-pressure, complex environment is what sets you apart as a professional.
