Are you the driven expert who transforms complex logistical challenges into seamless processes? At bol, you will have the opportunity to push boundaries within the largest fulfillment center (BFC). As a Logistic Process Engineer, you will be the architect of a brand-new, in-house outbound operation. Your vision and decisiveness are essential to take fine-sorting for last-mile carriers to the next level.
In this crucial role, you will analyze and design carrier integrations and the Sort to Chute process. You will act as the connecting link between carriers, the bol Delivery Product team, and the project team, translating process designs into innovative IT solutions and interfaces. You will bring structure and oversight to a multidisciplinary project with tight deadlines, staying actively involved from the development phase and application testing through to final implementation. Your work ensures the outbound operation is fully operational and future-proof within a couple of months.
Functie-eisen
- At least 5 years of relevant work experience in logistical process optimization.
- A strong affinity with IT teams and understanding of the translation from design to implementation.
- Experience prioritizing tasks within a product team (Carrier Connections).
- Able to break down large blocks of work into small, testable, and scalable pieces.
- A sharp eye for stakeholder management and end-to-end process control.
- Experience as a Product Owner (PO) is a strong advantage.

Arbeidsvoorwaarden
- A good salary up to € 8,500 (gross per month based on 40 hours).
- A contract from mid-February 2026 until the end of March, with the possibility of an extension.
- 25 vacation days per year based on 40 hours.
- 8.33% holiday allowance.
