As a Senior Demand Planner at Yacht, you are the strategic link that translates commercial ambitions into a flawless supply chain operation. You manage and optimize the demand plan for the next 18 months, seamlessly aligning sales and marketing plans with finance and logistics. In this role, you lead the Demand Review process and ensure that forecast accuracy is not just an ambition, but a result. Your expertise takes business predictability to the next level while making a direct impact on service levels and customer satisfaction.
Functie-eisen
- You hold a completed Bachelor's or Master's degree, preferably in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Marketing.
- You have at least 7 years of experience in Demand Planning within a complex FMCG environment.
- In-depth knowledge of S&OP processes, forecasting methodologies, and statistics is self-evident to you.
- You are experienced with ERP systems (preferably SAP, APO DP/SNP) and advanced analysis tools such as MicroStrategy.
- Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken, is essential for this international context.

Arbeidsvoorwaarden
- A salary between €5,500 and €8,000 per month based on 40 hours
- A permanent contract for 40 hours per week
- A monthly Individual Choice Budget (IKB) of 10.66% of your salary that you can deploy flexibly
