In 2027, we are launching a Temporary Fulfilment Center (TFC), and your mission is to ensure this new hub is seamlessly integrated into our network planning and steering processes. As our Logistics Process Engineer, you will take charge of solution discovery and development, working closely with data scientists and software engineers to build a robust network planning solution. You will bridge the gap between strategic vision and operational reality, ensuring that by July 2026, the TFC is fully embedded in our Operational Planning cycle for 2027. To excel in this role and drive our logistics innovations forward, you should bring the following qualifications:
- Proven experience in independently leading complex logistics projects and process improvements.
- A strong background in logistics, preferably with knowledge of Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) cycles.
- High level of data savviness and analytical skills, enabling you to translate complex data into practical planning solutions.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage and align both operational teams and product management.
- Full professional proficiency in English; Dutch language skills are not required for this position.

Arbeidsvoorwaarden
- A salary between € 6,350 and € 6,950 per month based on 40 hours per week.
- A fixed-term contract, initially for 5 months, for 32-40 hours per week.
- A monthly individual choice budget (IKB) of 10.66% of your salary that you can use flexibly.
- 25 vacation days + the option to purchase 6 additional days.
- A sabbatical arrangement; up to 12 months every three years.
