As a Process Manager at the Nutricia Research Centre, you will combine deep technical knowledge with strategic project management. You are the connecting force that brings innovations from the lab to the factory, pushing horizons in technologies such as spray drying, fermentation, and emulsification. In this role, you will manage a portfolio of European projects where your contribution is crucial for realizing superior product characteristics for infants, the elderly, and patients. You bring movement to complex transformations and ensure that process solutions not only work theoretically but also perform economically and safely on an industrial scale.
Functie-eisen
- A completed M.Sc. in Chemical Engineering, Food Technology, or Bioprocessing.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in process technology within a factory environment or R&I setting.
- Proven expertise in liquid, dairy, or plant-based processing.
- Experience leading a diverse portfolio of development and factory projects on a European scale.
- Professional working proficiency in English is required; knowledge of Dutch or French is beneficial.

Arbeidsvoorwaarden
- A salary between € 4.500,- and € 5.200,- per month based on 40 hours
- A contract for an indefinite period of 40 hours per week
- A monthly individual choice budget (IKB) of 10.66% of your salary that you can use flexibly
- 25 vacation days + the option to buy 6 extra days
