In this role, you are responsible for the physical validation of engine technology, ensuring the highest standards of reliability and durability. The role offers a balanced 50/50 split between hands-on execution in advanced test cells and detailed data reporting.
Your primary focus areas include:
Physical Testing: Preparing, executing, and analyzing functional tests on engine sub-systems, fuel systems, and mechatronic components.
Endurance Analysis: Analyzing the durability of vital engine components, including crankshafts and oil pumps to ensure long-term mechanical excellence.
Hardware Validation: Verifying diagnostic applications and system controls directly on test benches (dynos) and vehicles.
Functie-eisen
- Education: BSc or MSc in Automotive Technology, Mechatronics, or Mechanical Engineering.
- Practical Expertise: Hands-on experience with technical measurement techniques for pressure, flow, and temperature.
- Sector Knowledge: Affinity with internal combustion engines and mechatronic component development.
- Language: Excellent command of English is required to function effectively within the international project teams.

Arbeidsvoorwaarden
Primary Employment Conditions
- A salary commensurate with experience, based on a 40-hour work week.
- Holiday allowance of 8%.
Contract Form
- A fixed-term contract for one year, with the possibility of extension with Yacht.
- You will always receive 100% of your salary during the employment.
Secondary Employment Conditions
- A monthly Individual Choice Budget (IKB) of 10.66% of your salary that you can use flexibly.
- 25 vacation days and the option to purchase 6 extra days.
