Functie-eisen
- Project Planning & Initiation: Defining project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders, and developing comprehensive project plans, budgets, timelines, and risk management strategies.
- Project Execution & Monitoring: Coordinating and leading cross-functional teams (engineering, manufacturing, quality, etc.), monitoring progress, ensuring adherence to schedules/budgets, and managing project risks.
- Stakeholder Communication & Reporting: Acting as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates, addressing concerns, and presenting status reports to senior management.
- Technical Oversight: Overseeing the technical development of equipment and mechatronic systems, ensuring designs meet performance, reliability, and compliance requirements.
- Providing technical guidance and support to project teams, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Post-Project Evaluation: Conducting post-project evaluations, identifying lessons learned, and implementing feedback to enhance future project performance.
Competenties
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or a related field). A Master's degree or PMP certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, specifically in the development of equipment and/or mechatronic systems.
- Strong technical background with hands-on experience in mechatronics, robotics, or related fields.
- Proven ability to manage complex projects from conception to completion, within budget and on schedule.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project or equivalent).
- Familiarity with relevant industry and medical standards and compliance regulations.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
