You bring visionary designs to life. As a Senior Clay Modeler, you are the crucial link between a two-dimensional sketch and physical reality. In this challenging role, you transform the ideas of designers into tangible 3D models for both the interior and exterior of future vehicles. You interpret sketches and drawings with a keen eye for aesthetics and functionality. With your expertise in form and materials, you create full-size and scale models that form the basis for critical management decisions. You work within a dynamic Design Center where innovation is central and where you deliver the highest quality, even under tight deadlines. Your craftsmanship makes the future tangible.

To be successful in this position, you possess a strong combination of technical insight, creativity, and artisanal craftsmanship.
- You have a completed vocational education (MBO level) and extensive experience at a senior level as a modeler, preferably within the automotive industry.
- You possess in-depth knowledge of materials such as clay, wood, and plastics, and you know exactly how to process these using various tools and machines.
- Additionally, you have a good command of the English language, allowing you to switch effortlessly within an international environment.

You remain cool under pressure and perform optimally within strict timelines. You possess excellent spatial awareness and a keen eye for detail, allowing you to accurately translate designs into physical forms. Collaboration is second nature to you; you communicate clearly with designers and managers to achieve the best results. You are flexible and adapt effortlessly to changing circumstances and styling frameworks.
Arbeidsvoorwaarden
- A salary between €5000 and €5800 per month based on 36 hours
- A monthly individual choice budget (IKB) of 10.66% of your salary that you can use flexibly
- 25 vacation days + the option to buy 6 extra days
