We are seeking a results-driven Construction Manager to lead the execution of capital expenditure (CAPEX) projects across our facilities. This role is critical in ensuring the successful delivery of complex construction initiatives, from planning through commissioning, while maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and cost control.
Functie-eisen
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience managing industrial construction CAPEX projects.
• Proven track record of safely delivering projects on time.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills with all stakeholder levels.
Competenties
• Lead the on-site execution of construction phase of Capex projects, ensuring alignment with scope, schedule, and budget.
• Manage contractors, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure compliance with project specifications and safety standards.
• Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and operations teams to coordinate project milestones and resolve technical challenges.
• Oversee site logistics, permitting, inspections, and quality assurance processes.
• Monitor and report on project progress, risks, and performance metrics to stakeholders.
• Ensure adherence to environmental, health, and safety (EHS) regulations and company policies.
