Key Responsibilities:
- Define and develop system specifications for critical subsystems (Displays, Power supplies, User Interfaces, etc.).
- Drive detailed co-design and interface management for robust integration.
- Develop, set up, and execute detailed verification plans and test protocols in the lab (hands-on).
- Independently analyze test results, troubleshoot, and address supplier/prototype issues.
- Lead/participate in design reviews, FMEA, and safety/compliance risk assessments.
- Ensure alignment across mechanical, mechatronics, and quality teams.

What You'll Bring:
- Bachelor's/HBO degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering.
- 4+ years of relevant R&D working experience in product design and development.
- Strong design documentation and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and act pro-actively.
- Expertise in power electronics is required.
- Comfortable with hands-on lab work and setting up tests.
Plus: Experience with EMC in design/testing, SAFe (Agile Release Trains), and Six Sigma (Green/Black Belt).
