Your role is crucial, and you will drive progress by:
- Leading complex technical designs and taking full ownership of modules that require synergy from multiple engineers.
- Developing and meticulously documenting high-level and detailed designs, ensuring flawless alignment with all architectural and interface requirements.
- Taking charge of designing and prototyping sophisticated models in Matlab.
- Analyzing complex data originating directly from our customers, translating insight into action.
- Delivering validated, high-impact product improvement proposals ready for implementation by software engineers.
- Skillfully integrating sub-systems, managing configurations, and supporting project execution.
- Defining and delivering crucial parts of product solutions with confidence and autonomy.

- Supporting project planning, strategic risk management, and accurate effort estimation.

Functie-eisen
To excel in tackling the extraordinary technical challenges at ASML, your foundation in high-tech products and complex processes is essential. As a Matlab Developer, you bring:
- A Master's degree or PhD in Physics, Mathematics, or Engineering (Mechanical, Optical, Electrical, or Chemical).
- A solid, demonstrable background in statistics, data analysis, optics, semiconductor process technology, or semiconductor device physics.
- 5+ years of impactful experience within an industrial research, development, or process control organization.
- Ideally, you already possess experience with overlay and/or wafer alignment within the semiconductor industry, allowing you to hit the ground running.

Arbeidsvoorwaarden
Primary employment conditions
- A monthly salary up to €5.500
- A 13th month payment, pro-rated periodically
- 8.33% holiday allowance calculated on 12 monthly salaries
Secondary employment conditions
- Pension Plus scheme (build-up from day 1)
- 5% ADV allowance
- Net €750,- to set up your home workplace
- 25 vacation days per year based on 40 hours
