Vanderlande is seeking an Interim Team Lead to fully cover the responsibilities of the Head of Demand Management Technology & Solutions during her maternity leave. This is a unique opportunity to guide a high-impact team and contribute to transformational change in a global technology-driven environment.
You will oversee the entire team across all domains—Distribution, Airports, and Warehousing—and support the respective team leads within each area.
Your Role and Impact
As Interim Team Lead, you will manage a global cross-functional team that plays a pivotal role in product development and innovation. The team ensures our products remain competitive in cost, quality, lead time, and reliability.
Team Disciplines:
• Value Engineering – optimizing designs for cost-efficiency and performance
• DfX Consultants – integrating design best practices early in development
• Project Managers NPI – leading new product introductions and improvements
The team consists of ~25 professionals recently merged into one unit. You’ll foster collaboration across disciplines and domains, ensuring strategic alignment and continuity during the maternity leave period.

- Foster global collaboration and team engagement
Competenties
Your Profile
- Proven leadership experience in managing diverse teams
- 5+ years in team management, preferably in supply chain or technology
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strategic thinker with execution capability
- Experience in project management
- Technical awareness in supply chain, automation, or engineering
- Ability to lead through change and foster cohesion across geographies
