To continuously improve the QA Release process and manage major quality issues within the QA Release team.
The specialist acts as a bridge between QA and other departments like processing, driving root cause analysis and preventive actions.

Continuous Improvement
Identify key issues using complex data.
Develop action plans with KPIs.
Conduct gap assessments and trend analyses.
Create management reports and participate in improvement projects.
Release Activities
Lead or participate in RCA and SAAB sessions.
Act as first point of contact for major quality issues.
Support production meetings and ensure quality control.
Serve as backup for the QA release coordinator.
Prepare proposals for deviating items and coach team members.

Functie-eisen

HBO in Food Technology or HLO.
Experience in food/pharma industry, preferably dairy.
Knowledge of baby food standards.
Some years of relevant work experience.
Experienced in SAP-QM and Power-BI

Competenties

Industry: Mandatory experience in the Dairy, Food & Beverage, or Chemical industries.
Technical Knowledge: product, process, quality, microbiology, and allergens.
Soft Skills: Must be analytical, proactive, and persuasive.
Language: Fluent Dutch and English are mandatory.
Logistics: Based near the Beilen region for required site presence (1-2 days WFH flexibility).
Contract: 32-38 hours/week. With 9 months contract with the view to permanent employment.
