We are seeking a highly driven OT Engineer to join our team in Beilen, where you will be critical to ensuring the operational continuity and cybersecurity of our industrial control systems (L0-L3.5) within a major Food/Dairy production site.

Key Responsibilities
- Cybersecurity & Risk Mitigation: Implement and enforce OT Security Policies (e.g., ISA62443, NIS2), manage access, and execute Patch Management to mitigate threats and obsolescence.
- Maintenance & Operations: Own the site OT architecture, execute Maintenance Plans, and handle local Incident Response (L1-L3.5) with adherence to ITIL processes.
- System Support: Provide technical support and optimization for a range of OT applications, including PLCs, SCADA, DCS, MES, and LIMS.
- Data & Improvement: Design and implement Data Extraction and collection methods from the OT domain to enable performance monitoring and continuous improvement projects.
Competenties
Essential Requirements
- Experience: 5+ years in OT Engineering, Control Systems, or Industrial Software Development.
- Industry: Mandatory experience in the Dairy, Food & Beverage, or Chemical industries.
- Technical Knowledge: Medior level experience with industrial automation platforms (e.g., PLC, SCADA) and standards like ISA95 and ISA62443.
- Soft Skills: Must be resilient, decisive, possess an Owners' mindset, and be comfortable working under pressure during incidents.
- Language: Fluent Dutch and English are mandatory.
- Logistics: Based near the Beilen region for required site presence (1-2 days WFH flexibility).
- Contract: 38 hours/week. With 9 months contract and 3 months extension with the view to permanent employment.
