Role and Responsibilities

Within IT Solution Delivery Materials Management team, we are looking for a Scrum Master.

You are a servant leader with coaching skills and Scaled Agile experience. You support your team(s) in adopting Scrum practices, facilitate Scrum events, and continuously encourage growth toward highly autonomous and aligned Agile teams. You collaborate closely with Product Owners, RTEs, architects, and other Scrum Masters to support Agile maturity and delivery effectiveness.

In this fast-changing landscape, you’ll:

Coach and empower Agile teams to stay focused and aligned, even amid shifting priorities.
Facilitate Scrum events and foster a rhythm that supports delivery and adaptability.
Collaborate across roles to ensure alignment between teams and domains.
Promote Agile maturity and continuous improvement.
Support cross-team coordination, especially where dependencies exist between data platforms and sector-specific analytics.
Create a psychologically safe and inclusive team culture, where diverse voices are respected.

Functie-eisen

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Engineering, or related field.
1+ years as a Scrum Master in Agile/SAFe environments.
Experience in IT organizations.
Certified in Agile and SAFe (PSM I or CSM required; PSM II or A-CSM preferred).
Valid work permit for the Netherlands.
