Your Role

As a Software Test Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability, safety, and performance of our Intravascular Ultrasound (IVUS) Clinical Imaging Application. Your contributions will help streamline clinical workflows and improve patient outcomes. You will be embedded in an agile team, working alongside Product Owners, Software Engineers, and Architects.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with Product Management and Product Owners to define and document new functionality via user stories and journey maps.
Define, document, and maintain test scenarios, plans, and cases covering functional, reliability, performance, safety, and localization testing.
Develop and execute automated and manual test cases in alignment with software development sprints and product increments.
Ensure complete traceability of software requirements to test cases, providing 100% test coverage.
Manage and execute tests on interim software builds and final releases to verify new features and risk control measures.
Actively contribute to risk management activities such as FMEA to identify hazards and validate risk mitigation strategies.
Participate fully in Scrum and SAFe ceremonies as part of the development lifecycle.

Functie-eisen

A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
At least 4 years of experience in software testing or verification engineering (2 years with a Master’s).
Hands-on experience with test management tools (e.g., Jama, Jira, Quality Center).
Experience with desktop application test automation tools (e.g., Qt Squish, TestComplete, PyTest, WinAppDriver).
Familiarity with regulatory standards such as IEC 62304, ISO 13485, ISO 14971, and 82304.
Experience working in Agile environments, specifically Scrum and SAFe.
Strong collaboration skills, especially in cross-functional and global teams.
ISTQB Advanced certification preferred.
