The SS&P Reuse team is at the heart of ASML’s sustainability strategy. In 2024, Reuse has become a dedicated sector within ASML, with multiple departments working together to embed reuse across the entire value chain—from design and manufacturing to sourcing and customer service. Within SS&P Reuse, we operate as a Center of Excellence, consisting of two core teams:
- Performance & Embedding: Focused on integrating reuse into sourcing clusters and improving Reuse KPIs (repair success rate & repair lead time).
- Capability Development: Driving the development and implementation of new processes and capabilities to scale reuse and close process gaps.
Together, we collaborate across sectors and with key suppliers to maximize material reuse through repairing, upgrading, remanufacturing, harvesting and recycling. You’ll be part of a creative, dynamic environment where innovation and sustainability go hand in hand.
Roles and Responsibilities
As a member of the Capability Development team, your key responsibilities will include:
- Owning and executing the SS&P Reuse Center of Excellence roadmap to build reuse competencies.
- Leading continuous improvement projects within the SS&P sector.
- Identifying and addressing structural issues in collaboration with the Performance & Embedding team.
- Representing SS&P in cross-sectoral reuse projects/programs and ensuring SS&P interests are embedded in project/program development.
- Engaging the right SS&P experts and disciplines during project development and deployment.
- Providing validated input from SS&P perspective for project deliverables.
- Driving the SS&P Reuse training and awareness roadmap, including delivery of training modules via ASML Academy.
- Maintaining and improving communication tools (e.g., SharePoint, myASML).
- Supporting the development of a Reuse best practice community, both internally and externally.
- Ensuring the team has the right tools for insightful reporting and continuously improving them.
- Promoting a reuse mindset throughout the SS&P organization.
Your assignment
You will be assigned to one of our key projects focused on ensuring quality in the reverse flow. You will lead the “supplier engagement” workstream within the Perfect Material Return program, led by Customer Support. In addition, you will take on several continuous improvement initiatives within the department, driving incremental process improvements and maturity growth.

Education and Experience
- A Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field is required, along with a strong affinity for technology. Alternatively, candidates with a technical degree and relevant business experience are also encouraged to apply.
- Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in supply chain, sourcing, project/program management, or sustainability.
- Proven experience in project and program management, stakeholder engagement and cross-company competence development.
- Experience in high-tech, low-volume industries is a strong plus.
- Familiarity with manufacturing processes, product life cycles, and market dynamics is advantageous.
