What will you be doing?

As a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt at DAF Trucks, you'll be a change agent, driving process and quality improvements across the Vehicle Development organization. You will be tackling complex technical defects, reducing risks, and leading the way to breakthrough improvements in product and process quality. A typical day might look like this:

Applying Lean Six Sigma and structured problem-solving methods to enhance process capability and eliminate defects.
Leading cross-functional teams and sharing best practices.
Analyzing project activities, improvements, and cost savings.
Maintaining a comprehensive overview of the implications of process changes.
Supporting the master black belt in providing training and supporting other belts within the organization.

We are looking for a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt with a strong results orientation and a passion for continuous improvement. You're a proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is able to make a real impact.

Bachelor's degree in a technical direction or equivalent
5+ years of experience as a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, preferably in the automotive industry
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Experience with quality methods and tools (Six Sigma, 5 Whys, Kaizen, etc.)
Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certification is a pre
Your English is excellent and Dutch is a strong pre
