Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain embedded software in C/C++, following internal coding standards and industry best practices.
- Estimate development effort and assess runtime requirements for target platforms.
- Create and execute unit and component-level test cases to ensure code quality and functionality.
- Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and technical walkthroughs.
- Document software designs clearly and accurately, in line with project and regulatory guidelines.
- Identify and drive process improvements within the software development lifecycle.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional and international teams, including hardware, QA, and regulatory compliance experts.
Functie-eisen
Education
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
Experience
- Solid experience in embedded software development using C/C++.
- Experience with high-volume consumer electronics is strongly preferred.
- Proficiency with modern development tools and practices (e.g., Git, GitHub, Agile, SAFe).
- Understanding of embedded systems architecture and constraints.
